How the license works

Right after payment the license key appears in the browser and is sent by email too. Lost it? Request it again. It starts with RETR-. You enter it once in the app. The key is verified offline: no server, no account, no expiry, all Macs you own.

Refunds

No refunds. Retriever shows you every file before you pay; you buy the saving of files you have already seen. By purchasing you agree to immediate delivery of the key and waive your right of withdrawal. Exceptions: double purchase, key not delivered.

Compared

The established tools cost three to six times as much, and their cheapest plan is often a subscription. Retriever shows you your files first and asks for one payment.
